FOR WHAT PURPOSE WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA

At EUREKA ZARAGOZA we process the information provided to us by interested parties for the following purposes:

- Organise extracurricular activities and provide other services offered by our organisation.
- Send information of interest by e-mail.
- Personnel selection - We process the information provided by candidates through their CVs in order to include them in our personnel selection processes. Your data will be processed in order to prepare the profiles of the candidates suitable for the positions offered.
- Capture and dissemination of images - The entity may capture photographic and audiovisual images of minors during the development of its activity, in all types of events, activities and actions programmed by it, in order to subsequently disseminate them on its website, social networks, media, etc. To do so, you must give your express consent through the means provided on our forms.
- Use of Whatsapp: Company management may send information of interest on certain activities through Whatsapp groups in which the identity of the members is anonymous and in which it is not possible to intervene or send messages.
We advise parents or guardians not to use this application to send registration forms, as these may contain sensitive information about children.
- No automated decisions will be made on the basis of the data provided.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to provide the requested service and for the legally established periods. The personal data provided through your CV will be kept for as long as the recruitment process remains open. Discarded CVs will be destroyed.

WHAT IS THE LEGITIMACY FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA

The legal basis for processing your data is, as the case may be, the data subject's consent, the performance of a contract or legitimate interest.

The legal basis for the processing of data contained in CVs is the implementation, at the applicant's request, of pre-contractual measures or the intention to conclude a contract.
